Order Cancellation Policy
1. If you wish to cancel your order and the order has not been shipped or started the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
2. If we have cut or begun to finish a product for the order a charge of up to 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount if you choose to cancel at this point.
Change Order Policy
Please note that change orders will require additional processing time.
1. If you wish to change your order and we have not started the order there will be no charge for changing the order.
2. If we have started the order a 10% charge and or $25 hourly rate to change the work will be in cured.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you wish to return an item please e-mail email@example.com, or call 919-802-1702 prior to the return to arrange the details of your return. These details will include the reason for return, and if you wish a refund, or replacement of your returned item. All returned items must be returned in the unused, unaltered condition in which they were received. For example if a jacket was ordered as a blank it can only be returned as a blank. As stated on the ordering options page pants with inseams less than 30" are non returnable.
